Overview:
The Director of Hospital Based Physicians (Indiana Region) leads daily operations, personnel, and department functions to ensure efficient, compassionate, and safe patient care. This role works closely with physicians, providers, and hospital leadership to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and manage allied health staff. Oversee staffing levels, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
• Operational Leadership: Ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Financial Management: Assist with budget development, monitor expenditures, and manage resource allocation. Oversee billing, collections, and inventory management.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with regulations, hospital policies, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Lead or participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Communication: Regularly update leadership on department activities, resolve issues, and foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years in healthcare, with leadership experience in physician practices or hospital settings preferred.
