Our team is responsible for the development of the inspection equipment that determines if a product meets Apple's high standards across all of the mechanical portion of our world-class hardware we make, including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, VisionPro, and others.

Are you passionate about building solutions to answer complex problems?. Our systems are responsible for the judgement of millions of units per day in an ambitious production environment. Our teams wear different hats, flexing between technical project management, data analytics, or even driving inspection and machine learning (ML) advancements through optical improvements. You will balance technical requirements while effectively managing collaboration with vendors to maintain the schedule and ramp dates.
We build software ML solutions all the way from inception to production using machine or computer vision for CNNs, object detection; scripting in Python, CLI, Linux and Unix; and ML and statistical analysis libraries, such as Turi Create, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, SciPy. We also use cloud computing platforms (AWS) and deployment tools like docker. Present analyses and ML concepts to a broad technical audience.
