They are responsible for the coordination of all parties involved in the project from start to finish. This includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers etc. As well as ensuring that all construction activities progress according to the project schedule while maintaining accurate records and managing the project budget.

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
• Able to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects
• Have a strong work ethic
• Work overtime when needed
