About the Role
Our fast-growing restoration company is actively seeking a hands-on Project/Operations Manager to join our team and lead our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the office and the field, managing multiple moving parts to ensure projects meet our high standards and customer expectations. With multiple technicians already on board and plans to expand, this role will provide critical support and leadership to help us scale. You'll have the unique opportunity to steer our team's growth, with direct involvement in budgeting, estimating, and job site quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Operations & Team Growth: Lead day-to-day operations, managing a team of three technicians and growing the team to five, covering both mitigation and remediation services.
  • Estimate & Documentation Excellence: Write, review, and double-check all estimates for accuracy and profitability. Ensure thorough documentation for every project.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients by visiting job sites, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth project flow.
  • Collaborate Closely with Reconstruction Manager: Work in tandem with the Reconstruction Manager to maximize project margins and efficiency.
  • Dual Role with Field & Office Responsibilities: While primarily office-based, you'll support larger projects in the field as needed, assisting the project manager and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Responsible for all job margins, including hitting gross profit (GP) targets and achieving budget goals.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: Handle invoicing and budgeting tasks to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-10 years in restoration operations management, preferably with experience in commercial large-loss restoration.
  • Certifications: WRT, ASD, IICRC, and mold certifications are highly preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with Xactimate, MICA (Moisture Mapping Software), and DASH project management software.
  • Location: Ideally located in North Druid Hills, Buckhead, Peachtree Corners, Decatur, or Duluth area for easy access to the office and local job sites.
  • Skills: Strong budgeting, estimating, and project management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Field and Office Balance: Comfortable working both behind the scenes and on-site, flexing between managing financials and getting hands-on in the field.
