This position is sign on bonus eligible:
The Lead Physical Therapist evaluates, establishes and implements treatment programs for patients of all ages referred by a physician. This individual leads and supervises the staff physical therapist assistant (PTA) in the delivery of patient care. The Lead Physical Therapist leads and supervises physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff with department activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION
1. Completion of an accredited curriculum in Physical Therapy
B. LICENSURES OR CERTIFICATIONS
1. Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
C. EXPERIENCE
1. Knowledge of the Physical Therapy profession as normally acquired through academic experience, clinical affiliations, and/or previous work experience in the field preferred.
