MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
- NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
- 10 years successful experience in education, with at least three years in an administrative or supervisory role
- Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find appropriate
EXPERIENCES: Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in:
- Improving student learning outcomes
- Analyzing student achievement data and using it to inform school-level planning
- Coaching, mentoring and evaluating teachers
- Planning, coordinating and leading professional learning experiences for teachers and other school staff
- Development of curriculum and/or instructional initiatives
- Establishing and maintaining a positive school climate and culture for learning
- Collaborating with parents and community stakeholders
- Active participation in managing school operations, including budget, scheduling, testing, etc.
