Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in building trades or in a professional capacity/role OR High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in building trades or in a professional capacity/role
• Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing a K-12/University plant maintenance organization with a Bachelor's Degree OR ten (10) years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience with general and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
