We are seeking a Head of People to help scale our team and foster a culture that aligns with Jukebox Health's mission and rapid growth trajectory. The Head of People will lead all aspects of our people operations function including recruiting, shaping a high-performance culture, and fostering employee engagement.

The Head of People will lead all aspects of our people operations function including recruiting, shaping a high-performance culture, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs
- Create and oversee comprehensive onboarding and training programs
- Design and implement performance management and career development initiatives
- Develop and implement scalable HR processes and policies to support our rapid growth
- Champion and evolve our company culture, ensuring it remains strong as we grow
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Track record of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting capacity
- Experience working with PEO and understanding of labor laws/regulations.
- Prior startup experience in healthcare is a big plus
- You have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal advice
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable with technology - we use Salesforce, Slack, G-Suite, and lots of other tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
