We partner with payers and at-risk providers to make homes safer and more accessible for high need populations. We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications nationwide. We are seeking a Head of People to help scale our team and foster a culture that aligns with Jukebox Health's mission and rapid growth trajectory. The Head of People will lead all aspects of our people operations function including recruiting, shaping a high-performance culture, and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs
  • Create and oversee comprehensive onboarding and training programs
  • Design and implement performance management and career development initiatives
  • Develop and implement scalable HR processes and policies to support our rapid growth
  • Champion and evolve our company culture, ensuring it remains strong as we grow
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Track record of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting capacity
  • Experience working with PEO and understanding of labor laws/regulations.
  • Prior startup experience in healthcare is a big plus
  • You have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal advice
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with technology - we use Salesforce, Slack, G-Suite, and lots of other tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
