This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Terminus Oceanside mission. In this mission we support our government customer in 24x7 OPIR mission roles. We also provide technical experience and collaboration with other Leidos development efforts

Primary Responsibilities:
- This position provides OPIR technical operations subject matter expert support to Leidos efforts supporting OPIR sensor development, techniques and operational reporting improvement, collection management review and improvement.
- Leads crew of 19 providing 24x7 signals analysis to support operational mission systems to include break/fix actions, scheduling and documentation.
- Must be able to perform efficiently under dynamic conditions and skillfully navigate continually evolving priorities, facilitating reliable and consistent mission application in a complex signals environment
- Provide proactive 24x7 signals analysis to support operational mission systems to effectively operate, monitor, and perform duties associated with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination functions associated with OPIR operations.
- Monitor performance of processing operations day-to-day, near realtime checks to determine how well processing tools, techniques and procedures are performing.
- Coordinate and collaborate with teammates, customers, and external stake holders to ensure timely and accurate signals processing
- Cultivate technical competency throughout the team as well as customer satisfaction and confidence through the influencing and encouragement of innovative solution development that positively impacts program goals and business results
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in OPIR operations and operations management, or a minimum of 10 years' experience working 24x7 OPIR operations for the government.
- Combined DoD, military service and contracted OPIR operations is acceptable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of OPIR technical operations and reporting requirements and timeliness. Understanding defense and national space system architectures is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Requires a bachelors degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in lieu of degree
