Technical Skills Primary
Requires an advanced proficiency in project management skills along with a demonstrated history of actively engaging in project planning including Work Breakdown Structure creation and developing automated project planning templates within a complex data organization
Strong understanding of matrix management and the ability to navigate and lead within this structure
Understanding and experience in project finance schedule quality planning audit etc
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
Proficiency in project management software and tools including Azure Dev Ops and Planview
Additional certifications or training in Agile and Scrum methodologies can demonstrate a deeper understanding of these popular project management frameworks
Strong experience in managing Data project eg DWH BI Data Lake etc working knowledge of enterprise data environment with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse Azure SQL or Redshift or Google big query
Must have experience managing at least a team of 15 people
Understanding of basic data warehousing principles and concepts and technical knowledge related to Data Management Business Intelligence Data Analytics or IT strongly preferred Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies and projects
Experience with ETL and data warehousedata mart development teams
Experience working in an AgileScrum environment including backlog aging and tracking burndown metrics velocity and capacity planning Experience leading and administering Agile projects using Agile tools such as Jira git or similar project management system eg VersionOne Teamwork Confluence etc
Strong background in project management and process improvement Familiar with System Development Life Cycle CICD and DevOps Conflict resolution and able to quickly work through blockers
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Additional project management Agile or Lean Six Sigma certifications from accredited institutions eg PMI or ASQ
