About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Provider Network Operations to oversee the management and development of our healthcare provider network at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our members by managing the provider network operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider network. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining positive relationships with our providers.

As the Director of Provider Network Operations, you will utilize your strong leadership and management skills to oversee the management and development of our healthcare provider network. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive interactions with our providers and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will use your in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our members. Your experience with value-based care models and data analytics and reporting will be utilized to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider network operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare provider network operations management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Experience working with large healthcare provider networks
- Experience with value-based care models
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
