POSITION DESCRIPTION
Cannon & Cannon, Inc. (CCI), one of the Southeast's most trusted, experienced and nationally recognized engineering and consulting companies is seeking an honest, capable and uniquely qualified Project Engineer/Project Manager candidate to join our team.
This person will serve as a Project Manager and will manage project teams to design water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing projects, client interfacing/coordination, QA/QC, budgeting, and mentoring a team of engineers/designers. Management of the project includes conceptual to design to project closeout.
CCI has over 27 years' experience providing effective engineering and field surveying solutions to dozens of municipal, commercial and public entities. Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
At least a bachelor's degree in engineering at an ABET Accredited college
Ten (10) years of experience working in electric utility projects
P.E. in Kentucky and/or Tennessee, or the ability to obtain P.E. within one (1) year of hiring
Transmission and distribution line design
Electric System Modeling/Master Planning
Substation design is a bonus
Work onsite in our Knoxville office in addition to the company's Hybrid Policy benefit
