SUMMARY
Brand Revolution's Chief of Staff reports to the CEO and coordinates the executive office ranging from personal, office management, and strategic tasks.
An ability and willingness to identify where Brand Revolution's staff and physical building need assistance and to take on the tasks required to keep operations running smoothly is a fundamental quality for Brand Revolution's Chief of Staff.

Brand Revolution's Chief of Staff reports to the CEO and coordinates the executive office ranging from personal, office management, and strategic tasks.
An ability and willingness to identify where Brand Revolution's staff and physical building need assistance and to take on the tasks required to keep operations running smoothly is a fundamental quality for Brand Revolution's Chief of Staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Brand Revolution USA's move to new offices during the fall of 2024.
- Plan and execute a broad range of events for staff and executives
- i.e. Yearly All Hands
- Coordinate meeting room and studio usage
- Liaise with the landlord about their personal usage of the building
- Assist with the Accounting inbox
- Assist with office-wide expense management tasks as dictated by the Finance Department
- Manage workplace equipment and positioning needs for employees
- Occasionally assist HR by coordinating panel interviews
- Manage reception ensuring that all guests are greeted, and employee is notified of guests' arrival
- Receive and disburse deliveries and mail
- Order office groceries (housekeeping and breakroom)
- Liaise with the landlord about maintenance issues and ensure their timely repair
- Utilize your personal vehicle to complete office and personal-assistant errands
- Manage personal expenses in Concur in a timely manner
- Triage personal assistant tasks out-of-office to complete during lulls in office tasks
- The following is a sample of potential personal assistant tasks, but is not a comprehensive list:
- Arrange executive travel
- Shipping and returns (business and personal)
- Managing and transporting the office's golden retriever
- Using one's personal vehicle to transport the dog to various locations, including the CEO's home
- Taking the dog on outside breaks and disposing of any messes the dog may leave behind.
- Administering pets on the head and body in return for canine affection and loyalty
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Training
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and legally operational vehicle
- This position does not have a degree or certification requirement.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Possess an above-average level of organization and task triaging
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Physical Requirements
- An ability to climb a flight of stairs several times per day
- Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials (up to 20 pounds)
- Ability to travel as needed for business events.
- Ability to work outside of the home Monday - Friday
- A willingness to be contacted on the weekends
