Scope of Job: The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize the end-to-end customer fulfillment and site-level supply chain operations. This includes overseeing production scheduling, supply planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and site logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. The role is responsible for implementing scalable processes, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across site-level fulfillment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Manage site-level customer fulfillment, including production scheduling, supply delivery, and post-production inventory through shipment.
  • Oversee site supply chain operations, including planning, scheduling, warehouse management, and fulfillment.
  • Manage warehouse infrastructure and release delivery orders.
  • Act as site representative in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Participate as a member of the plant leadership team.
  • Track and optimize KPIs for customer service levels, inventory turns, obsolescence, warehouse efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor fulfillment metrics to drive improvements.
  • Ensure inventory levels meet demand with minimal excess.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Scheduling, and Procurement to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure warehouse compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Lead, train, and develop the fulfillment team for operational excellence.
  • Partner with production and support teams to maintain food safety and product quality.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in related areas required. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred. 1-3 years supervisory experience required. Proven extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
