Position Summary:
We're seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead in-field sales training and performance management across our Chicago franchises, helping us achieve "Top Performer" status in 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. This senior role oversees field-based trainers, crew leaders, and truck team members (TTMs), with a key focus on developing and implementing sales programs across the franchise. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role is critical in creating a high-performance culture, ensuring engagement with our Learning Management System (LMS), and driving success metrics.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement BUOY6 sales program, focusing on skill development and training standardization across the franchise.
- Drive high engagement with the LMS and oversee role practice sessions, ensuring certification standards are met.
- Conduct in-field audits to maintain sales standards, provide direct coaching, and identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop sales leaders, empowering trainers to lead effective in-field training and skill enhancement sessions.
- Manage metric performance, lead group sales seminars, and facilitate strategic meetings with franchise leaders on training progress and improvement areas.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record in team development and performance management
- Success in achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Experience coaching and developing sales managers and trainers
- Skills: Strong strategic leadership, Google Suite and LMS proficiency preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (3 years).
