Job Description:
Support clients in all aspects of their business cycle. Effectively manage ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations, demonstrating strong analytical skills. Construct pragmatic approaches and frameworks to develop long-term business strategies. Utilize various data collection techniques, quantitative and qualitative analyses and synthesize data into meaningful and actionable insights. Define and evaluate corporate and growth strategies reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers. Communicate effectively in a structured and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to stakeholders. Manage client relationships, provide thought leadership, and team with Partners to share responsibility for the success of engagements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead client/market development. Directly supervises subordinate employees in roles of Senior Associate and Associate.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field, or the foreign degree equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively more responsible relevant experience as Senior Associate, Senior Consultant, Consultant, alternate acceptable related occupation. Work or academic experience must have included: (1) Servicing cross industry clients at a national level in corporate strategy, industry strategy, digital strategy, market research or quantitatively rigorous environments; (2) Conducting market studies and commercial due diligence to author and present data-driven growth strategies considering market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape; (3) Leading primary and secondary research to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and identify opportunities for complex business challenges; (4) Traditional and advanced strategic analysis frameworks and deep financial modeling; (5) Contributing to business development activities such as proposals, strategic opportunity assessments, account mining, whitepapers, conferences, and / or other thought leadership Materials; (6) Articulating complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences including senior executives, business, and technical stakeholders; (7) Managing and supporting complete project management activities, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure project and client expectations are met; (8) Supporting multiple deliverables, workshops, and interviews, and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines; (9) Performing internal and external stakeholder collaboration and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Up to 50% travel to various unanticipated client locations across the U.S. May work remotely.
Compensation for position: $151,000 - $165,000/year
