About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations across multiple locations, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Senior Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of operations managers and ensuring that they are meeting their targets and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
  • Proven track record of managing multiple locations and teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in a global or regional role
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cultures
  • Experience in project management and process improvement
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue
  • Oversee the daily operations of our business across multiple locations
  • Manage a team of operations managers and ensure that they are meeting their targets and objectives
  • Ensure that our operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our operations are meeting their needs and expectations

Skills:

As a Senior Regional Operations Manager, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage your team and ensure that our operations are running smoothly. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry and be able to apply this knowledge to improve our operations. Finally, you will need to have strong project management and financial analysis skills to develop and implement strategies that will improve our operational efficiency and increase revenue.
