Job Description
Partners closely with independent sales representatives and LiNA management in assigned geography.
Develop Key Opinion Leaders to increase physician awareness of disease states and treatment options.
Support region sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned geography.
Participate in new hire training, corporate and regional sales meetings, and trade shows.
Utilize AcuityMD sales data and any other required tools as instructed.
Support limited market launches and evaluations in coordination with Market Development Manager.
Manage expense budget and provide expense reports as requested.
Identify other areas where LiNA should develop and share best practices that improve efficiency.
Optimize all local pricing agreements and national GPO contracts.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospecting.
- "Road warrior" mentality with ability to overnight travel 50% of the time.
- Ability to quickly create and build rapport.
- Must be detail-oriented with proven ability to be organized.
- Self-driven and ability to work independently.
- Compliance with vendor credentialing to access hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and military bases.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of complex surgical sales experience preferred
- Ideal candidate will have sales experience within Women's Health and/or Urology
- Strong EQ & IQ, energetic, fun, warm & trustworthy. Connects quickly w/ others.
- Hospital/ASC sales/Private Practice
- GPO knowledge and understanding
- BS/BA Degree
Compensation Information
- Base: up to $120k
- Total income: $170k at plan. Tiered overage bonus plan.

- Territory Parameters: NE Region- Virginia north up to Maine
