The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.
About the team
TikTok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on TikTok. As part of the Core Product team at TikTok, this team is focused on improving reliability, scalability, and security of TikTok account structure. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead account initiatives, run the full stack from infrastructure to applications and grow TikTok ecosystem accounts to a new level.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for collecting and analyzing business processes, writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and proposing requirements to the product team to optimize the user experience and functionality of the institutional account product;
2. Design and develop standardized operating procedures (onboarding SOP) for the account product, ensuring standardization and efficient execution of business processes;
3. Write and regularly update the user manual for the account product, providing users with clear operational guidelines;
4. Responsible for updating and maintaining platform configurations and training the business team to use related capabilities and platforms to improve business efficiency;
5. Regularly collect feedback from the business team and users, optimizing existing service processes based on feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years + working experience, bachelor and above, use English as a working language;
2. Familiar with business process management and requirement analysis;
3. Excellent documentation and communication skills;
4. Ability to independently design and optimize business processes;
5. Strong team spirit and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in platform configuration and user training is preferred.
