Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Administration preferred
- Experience installing and maintaining computers and technology.
- Attention to detail and ability to respond swiftly to work demand.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues regarding IT in a manner that is timely.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
