We are making strides in the automotive industry and bringing state of the art automotive technology to our new and improved facilities. McCurley Dealerships has a fast-paced sales department with an established clientele and we are seeking to add an experienced Sales Manager to our sales team.

As a Sales Manager, the candidate will oversee the entire sales operation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and team success. The ideal candidate is a hard-working and motivated person with the experience necessary to lead our sales team and drive sales performance in our dealership.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead yourself and your team daily in ways that support McCurley's Vision and Mission.
  • Recruit, hire, and train the very best sales professionals for the store.
  • Drive high-level performance through the sales team to increase market share, achieve targeted sales and profit objectives, and provide a world-class customer experience.
  • Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team in areas of new vehicle sales, used vehicles sales and overall sales profitability.
  • Leading the dealership's inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategy, both at the store and online, to achieve desired turn and sales rates.
  • Appraise vehicles for trade.
  • Manage and enhance customer traffic through the monitoring and development of prospecting and follow-up processes.
  • Partner with the General Manager to analyze business opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications:
  • Automotive retail management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and evidence of team development.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted objectives for themselves and others.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, communicate at a high level, and have excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to use technology proficiently to track, monitor, and report on key performance objectives.

Pay ranges from $ 95,000.00 to $ 130,000.00 annually. Additional commission compensation potential based on department profitability.
