The compensation will be determined by the year of call and experience. The expected salary range for this position in British Columbia is $127,000 - $190,000.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 to 5 years of corporate and securities law experience focusing on Capital Markets and M&A
- experience with financing and mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters
- exceptional client service skills
- excellent communication and drafting skills
- strong academic credentials
