Job Title R2R Senior Accountant Job Description Sage is looking for a Senior Accountant that will work on timely and accurate processing of operational accounting to enable timely and accurate period close and reporting. Participates in team's continuous improvement initiatives.
** This role is a 1 year contract and will be required in office 3 days a week in Lawrenceville ** Key Responsibilities

You'll support accurate financial reporting, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with teams to streamline operations.

You'll handle general ledger entries, period-close activities, fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, you'll prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You'll also work closely with finance and business teams to resolve issues, document and standardize processes, and support departmental projects. Additionally, you'll stay updated on industry trends, participate in learning and development, and occasionally cover for other financial accountants while keeping the R2R Manager informed about process updates.

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience .
We're looking for a finance professional with operational accounting and reporting experience, ideally in a technology environment. Familiarity with ERP systems, service-level agreements, and adapting to change is a plus. While a finance degree, CPA qualification, and audit experience are preferred, they're not essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement while displaying strong customer service and collaboration skills.
