Position title: Asto CT, Inc. Service Manager

Reports to: Asto CEO

Position summary:

The Asto Service Manger manages product support and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.

Relevant Knowledge and Skill requirements:

The service manager must ensure an organized customer support and service program.

Communication is essential in maintaining open and productive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

The service manager must direct a strategic and tactical customer service program through:
  • An organized program.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with business partners and associates
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors
  • Broad understanding of regulatory guidance as it pertains to the product and its application

Understanding CT technology is essential.

Experience with various related software applications, including remote connectivity (i.e. TeamViewer), operating systems (i.e. Linux, Windows) and common desktop applications are essential.

Key responsibilities

The service manager position responsibilities include:
  • Sales support through site planning and requirements definition
  • Manage international service distributorship programs
  • Installation planning and execution
  • Remote technical and applications support, including diagnostics and software updates
  • Onsite support of planned maintenance and service actions
  • Develop product upgrade design and implementation
