- Good oral and written communication skills with business partners and associates
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors
- Broad understanding of regulatory guidance as it pertains to the product and its application
Understanding CT technology is essential.
Experience with various related software applications, including remote connectivity (i.e. TeamViewer), operating systems (i.e. Linux, Windows) and common desktop applications are essential.
Key responsibilities
The service manager position responsibilities include:
- Sales support through site planning and requirements definition
- Manage international service distributorship programs
- Installation planning and execution
- Remote technical and applications support, including diagnostics and software updates
- Onsite support of planned maintenance and service actions
- Develop product upgrade design and implementation
