Are you an Azure Infrastructure Solution Architect? Fantastic! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with Microsoft technologies in fun and challenging projects together with a fantastic team of passionate and inspiring colleagues. You will be joining our Cloud Infrastructure team of approximately 16 co-workers who are all committed to pushing the limits of Microsoft technologies to help our customers achieve their goals!
You will work in an agile environment with some of the best Microsoft consultants globally. Together with your colleagues, you will be working on highly complex projects for some of the most well-known companies, and you will be responsible for developing highly complex solutions, all while developing your own career. With a focus on the newest technology, we strive towards building new and exciting solutions for our clients while encouraging them to work with cutting-edge technology.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington as set forth below.
Range of Starting Pay for role:
Seattle, WA: 155,200 to 184,000

Skills and experiences
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - you're working directly with clients, alongside a team of consultants, or within a client team. You're good at communicating hard concepts so everyone understands
- Ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex deal cycles at enterprise accounts. We're looking for candidates who also have these additional preferred skills and qualifications:
- In-dept knowledge on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Enterprise Scale
- Demonstrated design and transformational leadership in enterprise digital architecture, including industry specific platforms and services enabling integration and delivery of multi-speed IT
- Relevant technology business leadership experience in areas such as solution architecture and project delivery. You likely also have experience of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly leading consultants.

What you'll do
- Lead implementations of Azure solutions at our customers, work in projects that utilize the full breadth of the Azure platform with both IaaS and PaaS, that are deployed with Infrastructure as Code in an automated way.
- Perform End-to-end solution shaping and solution architecture for Cloud Transformation, including estimation, solution planning and assistance in delivery team mobilization to create the optimal customer outcome.
- Work closely with Sales, tailoring and shaping our proposition to the customers' IT and business leadership for our largest Enterprise Accounts.
- Help clients understand cloud-oriented practices and approaches including DevOps, PaaS, containers, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud and Big Data
- Drive the creation of the value case for the client's business challenges that would most benefit from migration to the Microsoft platform
