Leadership Development Program Manager
The Leadership Development Program Manager designs Leadership Development programs and materials to support and model EverBank's core values, vision, and strategic plan. Programs will focus on development and enhancement of corporate culture through leadership and talent development initiatives and programs designed to enhance leadership skills. Functions in the capacity of a consultant, facilitator, change agent, and implementation specialist. Responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, measuring, implementing, and evaluating leadership and talent development initiatives for EverBank. Initiatives will coincide with current strategic priorities to improve organizational and operational effectiveness. Examples of leadership and talent development initiatives and activities include premier, early talent programs, nomination programs, assessments, team building, creative problem resolution, emotional intelligence, consultation, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides strategic and tactical consultation to internal clients collaborating closely with colleagues within the HR ecosystem, business leaders, high potential associates, key stakeholders and leadership to assess, measure, and evaluate needs in a matrixed environment.
- Monitors program effectiveness, participation & progress by utilizing Level 1-3 evaluations, assessments, surveys, and quantitative data and results.
- Develops, delivers, and administers a suite of leadership and talent development offerings to audiences varying from senior executives to front line learners across various segments of the organization in both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led workshops.
- Supports program execution including new hire orientation, management orientation, and/or professional development for leadership and high potential associates.
- Evaluates, designs, and executes on programs for high-potential associates who are slated as a successor to a management committee or key business leader role.
- Facilitates professional development trainings, workshops, team building activities, internal learning programs and off-the-shelf vendor programs.
- Drives additional program execution including early talent, high-potential, executive leadership and BAU programs.
- Organizes and facilitates peer learning community groups for continuous learning including "train-the-trainer" programs, selecting key leaders to facilitate sessions and curating relevant content for self-directed consumption and custom design learning programs.
- Partners with leadership and management committee to develop, implement, and evaluate best leadership practices within the organization.
- Analyzes training needs while working with Instructional Designers to develop new training programs and/or improve existing programs.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Banking industry experience
- Experience building, executing and improving leadership development programs including change management and enterprise-wide adoption and understanding
- Leadership facilitation and executive coaching experience
- Ability to write and maintain standard operating procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Relevant Certification(s): CPLP, CPTD, SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
- Leadership experience and/or experience training others in a relevant professional capacity
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including explanations of complex concepts
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
