You Will:
  • Deliver software-based solutions to overcome issues faced within the RIS product or workflow.
  • Create tools that interact directly with the RIS product to address issues or create new functionality for staff.
  • Provide escalated support for the RIS Support team.
  • Ensure tracking of developed solutions life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of developed solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and security of sensitive data.
  • Fulfill change management tracking and documentation.
  • Ensure thorough testing of developed solutions and impact on the system.
  • Work with a variety of teams to define and outline technical requirements.
  • Regularly instructs and supervises two or more employees to achieve team goals and standards.
  • Authority to make recommendations for the hiring process and employee statuses.
  • Assigns work to employees and resolves issues amongst the team.
  • Explore new or existing technology to better team efficiency.
  • Develop processes to support team and business needs.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
  • College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience working with a Radiology Information System
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Language required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008-2019 preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of eRAD RIS functionality and use.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be meticulous and self-motivated.
  • Ability to comprehend complex requirements or issues.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently.
