Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance required. U.S. Citizenship mandatory.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $156,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Merit Bonus Eligible.

Role Overview
Are you an experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? As a Mid-Level Enterprise Integration Engineer, you will work alongside the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) International Solutions Office (TIP) to provide critical integration services. This role focuses on systems engineering, geospatial data manipulation, and bridging enterprise solutions across NGA and its international partners to enhance GEOINT capabilities.

What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Systems Engineering & Integration: Lead systems engineering processes, including identifying user and enterprise needs, performing gap analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Geospatial Data Expertise: Work with and manipulate geospatial data, preferably within ArcPro, to support integration activities and analysis.
  • Technical Project Management: Coordinate and manage technical projects, ensuring milestones are met, and deliverables align with enterprise objectives.
  • Cross-Enterprise Collaboration: Partner with NGA, NSG, ASG, and international teams to ensure seamless technical integration and data-sharing compliance.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Support testing efforts to validate integrated solutions and ensure they meet mission-critical requirements.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Geography, or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or technical project management.
  • Strong expertise in geospatial data manipulation, particularly with ArcPro or similar tools.
  • Ability to identify and analyze gaps in user and enterprise requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with NGA analytic modernization efforts and NSG/ASG systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database/Oracle Spatial is a plus.
  • Experience with Testing and Evaluation processes is a plus.
