Your Mission:
You'll own key financial and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations while positioning us for continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Controller Duties:

• Lead budgeting, accounts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Manage customer invoicing, reporting, and accounts receivable.
• Handle payroll, tax remittances, and financial analysis.
• Develop innovative customer service solutions and oversee IT services.

Office Management:

• Control admin expenses, monitor variances, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee employee security systems, facilities maintenance, and insurance documentation.
• Keep our office looking sharp and running smoothly.

Systems & Compliance:

• Safeguard data privacy and maintain disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with NAID certification and employee security programs.

Team Leadership:

• Participate on the Leadership Team.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Optimize productivity, manage benefits, and foster employee satisfaction.

Compensacin: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
