Sous la direction gnrale du vice-prsident des ventes, le reprsentant technique des ventes utilisera son expertise en la matire pour vendre les produits et services de Greatario Engineered Storage Systems. Le poste sera idalement bas dans le centre ou l'est du Canada, mais sera principalement responsable de la promotion et de la gnration d'affaires avec nos clients existants et nouveaux dans la province de Qubec par l'intermdiaire de notre division Aquabec.

As we continue to grow and our business expands throughout Quebec we are looking to add a Sales Manager to our team.
Under broad direction from the Vice President of Sales, the Technical Sales Representative will utilize their subject matter expertise to sell Greatario Engineered Storage Systems products and Services. The position will ideally be based in Central or Eastern Canada, but will be primarily responsible for promoting and generating business with our existing and new clients in the province of Quebec through our Aquabec division.

- tablir et entretenir des relations cls avec les clients
- Identifier, qualifier et scuriser de nouveaux comptes clients
- Clarifier et confirmer les besoins et les attentes des clients
- laborer et mettre en uvre des plans de promotion tels que des prsentations, des salons rgionaux et des sminaires de formation
- Identifier et suivre les projets grce un processus d'entonnoir de vente de longueur variable, du budget tous les aspects de l'estimation, de l'appel d'offres et du suivi aprs la transition vers le groupe de gestion de projet.
- laborer un plan et un calendrier rentables pour l'achvement du projet en suivant un modle logique d'utilisation des ressources
- Slectionner et coordonner le travail des sous-traitants travaillant sur les diffrentes phases du projet
- Assister aux runions de construction avec un suivi appropri afin de rsoudre les problmes
- laborer et atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Prparer les demandes de devis, y compris les spcifications, la tarification et la planification.
- Entretenir des relations avec les ingnieurs-conseils et les clients municipaux
- Soumissionner les projets municipaux et coordonner les sous-traitants jusqu' la tarification finale
- Assurer la liaison avec les finances pour assurer le traitement des factures
- Suivre et contrler le calendrier de construction et les cots associs pour terminer le projet dans les dlais et les sommes alloues.
- Rapporter au client les progrs et les modifications ncessaires des plans qui semblent indiques.
Comptences et qualifications :
- Au moins cinq (5) annes d'exprience canadienne dans un rle externe de vente technique ou de gestion de projet
- Capacits avres en vente technique associes la capacit de gnrer de la rentabilit
- Doit tre bilingue (anglais et franais)
- Capacit dmontre qualifier les principaux dcideurs
- Capacit avre dvelopper des relations et interagir efficacement avec les ingnieurs, les entrepreneurs et les propritaires.
- Cohrence avre : capacit atteindre les indicateurs de performance cls, les objectifs de vente et les objectifs de dveloppement professionnel.
- Solides comptences en matire d'organisation et de communication
- Flexibilit pour voyager
- Esprit d'initiative trs motiv
- Capacit gnrer de nouvelles ventes par la prospection, le dveloppement de l'intrt, l'identification des besoins, la ralisation de prsentations, la qualification des proccupations et la clture.
- Orient vers les rsultats et capable de travailler de manire autonome

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients
- Identify, qualify and secure new customer accounts
- Clarify and confirm customer needs and expectations
- Develop and implement promotion plans such as presentations, regional shows and training seminars
- Identify and track projects through a variable length sales funnel process from budget to all aspects of estimating, bidding and monitoring after transition to Project management group.
- Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
- Attending construction meetings with appropriate follow up in order to resolve issues
- Develop and achieve sales targets
- Prepare quotation requisitions, including specifications, pricing and scheduling.
- Maintain relationships with Consulting Engineers and Municipal Customers
- Bid Municipal projects and coordinate Sub-contractors through final pricing
- Liaise with Finance to ensure bill processing
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
- Reports to client about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years Canadian experience in an outside technical sales or project management role
- Proven technical sales capabilities paired with the ability to drive profitability
- Must be Bilingual (English & French)
- Demonstrated ability to qualify key decision makers
- Proven ability to develop relationships, and comfort interacting effectively with engineers, contractors and owners.
- Proven consistency - ability to achieve key performance indicators, sales targets and professional development goals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to drive new sales through prospecting, developing interest, identifying needs, delivering presentations, qualifying concerns and closing.
- Results oriented and able to work independently
