About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you will lead with strategic vision and operational excellence while cultivating a positive, results-driven environment. You'll drive branch success by understanding the needs of your local market, engaging with the community, and empowering your team to exceed service and growth goals.

You will also play a critical role in shaping the member experience by using their feedback to innovate and improve processes. Your leadership will ensure every associate has the tools, coaching, and development opportunities to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience. Foster a culture where associates take ownership of the member experience.
  • Lead Service and Growth. Achieve branch goals by leveraging your understanding of the market, member needs, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic Planning. Develop and execute an annual branch strategy with measurable objectives and SMART action plans.
  • Team Coaching and Development. Provide both skills and professional development coaching, guiding associates through their career growth.
  • Performance Management. Conduct regular performance evaluations, recommend promotions, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Financial Management. Oversee the branch budget, ensure profitability, and analyze financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Operations. Ensure the branch meets all regulatory requirements, maintains operational efficiency, and safeguards security.
  • Community Engagement. Build meaningful relationships in the community to foster growth and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in sales/customer service within the branch environment.
  • 3+ years leading teams of six or more associates with proven coaching and development success.
  • 3+ years developing business relationships and engaging in community involvement.

What We Offer

Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The range for the Branch Manager role is $78,722 - $95,000 annually.
