About You
As the Technical Systems Services (TSS) Manager, sometimes referred to as IT Infrastructure Manager, you will bring a wealth of experience in hybrid IT environments, balancing both cloud-based (Azure) and on-premises infrastructures. You'll be highly valued for your ability to manage complex systems, optimize IT resources, and drive team performance. You will lead a talented team of infrastructure professionals, ensuring the highest levels of system reliability, performance, and security while contributing to the growth and success of TASB's IT operations. This is an Austin based hybrid role with the successful candidate required to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

A Typical Day
- Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of on-premises data center infrastructure, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
- Oversee and optimize a hybrid IT environment, including cloud services (Azure) and on-premises systems.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with other IT teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with TASB's business goals.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead a team of infrastructure professionals to optimize systems, processes, and security controls for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Drive the integration of cloud services, including Azure IaaS/PaaS, and manage virtualized environments (Hyper-V).
- Ensure proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, and ensuring reliability.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies that align with business requirements.
- Manage infrastructure budgets, identifying cost-saving measures and optimizing resource usage.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and mentor team members to enhance individual and team performance.
Skills For Success
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing technical teams.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and telephony systems is highly desirable.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing IT expenditures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS), Hyper-V clustering, M365 services, and network management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and infrastructure optimizations while ensuring security and compliance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, promoting innovation and collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure management.
