Job Title Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager Job Description The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering Sales Enablement that drives sales effectiveness and productivity. The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will oversee Enablement Programs aligned to regional Enablement plans. They will work collaboratively across Sage to define and deliver Enablement Programs and "Always On" Enablement which will include a mix of formal training content and bringing concepts to life through coaching of practical application. They will ensure all the enablement programs are aligned to the Sales Excellence and Enablement goals, objectives, strategies and 'The 14'.
In partnership with regional Sales leadership, the Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement onboarding and continuous development programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes. From initial colleague onboarding through to enhanced skills development adopting a culture and concept of continuous improvement as we enhance skills and competence across all Sales roles. Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement colleagues to drive sales effectiveness through onboarding and continuous enablement
Oversees Manager Coaching and performance clinics aligned to the Sales Academy
Provide subject matter and regional expertise to develop and/or co-develop (with Learning Services) skills and process enablement
They will deliver 3-4 Programs in parallel
Coach and drive adoption of skills to meet competency requirements and sales goals
Deliver skills and processes for onboarding for new AEs
Oversee and review sales enablement content
Oversee and review assets, training, and coaching focused on:
- Initiatives across sales craft
- Reducing time to productivity for sales roles
- Improving sellers' ability to differentiate through the sales process
- Innovation to drive a culture of coaching
Oversee and deliver skills and process training for strategic initiatives for regional Sales Craft colleagues
Build and deliver skills sessions and provide ongoing coaching to Sales Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools, dashboards, and reports so they can coach sellers
Measure performance improvement and address gaps through coaching, role plays, and activities
Regularly report the impact of Enablement activity against agreed performance outcomes and objectives
Requirements:
7+ years combined experience in a SaaS business in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing roles
Proficient in collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, articulating ideas professionally
Innovative mindset, constantly seeking new methods and unafraid to challenge
Experience of sales enablement methods and approaches
Organized with a natural inclination for planning
