About You
As an Paid Search Specialist, eCommerce, you will demonstrate the ability to report and optimize client marketing campaigns within the Amazon retail media network, specifically within the Amazon PPC platform. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. You will also make recommendations on the alignment with Amazon and other retail media platforms and work closely with our internal teams to drive success for our clients.
Please note that while this position can be remote, this person will need to be located within 50 miles of the following cities: San Diego, CA; Denver CO; Chicago IL; New York NY; Boston MA; Atlanta GA; Austin TX. If located in Chicago, Denver, or Boston there is the expectation that you will go onsite 3 days per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon, Walmart and Target.
- Set up and monitor retail advertising strategy.
- Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and high level campaign performance
- Organize large volumes of data for insights and strategic storytelling in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Demonstrate consistent time management skills, namely the ability to balance workload independently and prioritize based on impact & urgency. Hits project deadlines and communicates when it isnt possible.
- Grow a thorough understanding of paid search, constantly embodying a forever student mentality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce / Amazon Ads
- Prior campaign management experience in Amazon Paid Search required
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is preferred
- Experience owning reporting, pacing, and client performance summaries
- Ability to lead client engagements with a consultative approach to grow existing and new business
- Comfort with advanced functions in Excel and/or Google Sheets functions
- Must possess proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm; demonstrating youre eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow your knowledge of eCommerce advertising.

- Love for working with numbers and uncovering trends
The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 $100,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, were flexible.
