Why is the Senior Project Manager important to us?

Quickparts is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that span operations, commercial, and software projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects, including facility consolidation, a commercial-focused pricing project, and the rollout of outsourcing software. This role is vital to ensuring these projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the company's growth and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid role, offering remote flexibility for applicants located in the Greater Seattle/Olympia area.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage the facility consolidation project to ensure a seamless transition with minimal operational disruption.
  • Oversee the pricing project with a commercial focus, developing and implementing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate the rollout of outsourcing software across the organization, ensuring effective adoption and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, commercial, and IT departments to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Apply best practices in project management to drive efficiency and achieve project goals within the 6-9-month timeframe.


You might be a good fit if you have:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with facility moves projects and leading complex operational initiatives.
  • Familiarity with implementing and rolling out outsourcing software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial project management and pricing strategy development.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
