Description
Project Controls Professional (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; New York, NY): Assist Project Manager or serve as Commercial Project Manager with compliance of ISO standards for Project Management from implementation to close-out for Architectural and Engineering projects, including participation in audits. Partner with Project Managers to create and manage schedules, measure earned value against key milestones, develop revenue projections and assess impacts, manage subconsultants, and track progress throughout project lifecycle. Maintain Project and Quality Implementation Plans for Commercial, Hospitality, Transit Buildings, Federal, Industrial, Healthcare and Infrastructure projects. Prepare, issue, and manage subconsultant agreements including follow up on required insurance. Review subconsultant contracts, progress, and approve payments. Prepare monthly status reports related to cost, schedule, progress, budget, forecast, and manpower. Assist with coordination of document control requirements such as specifications, RFI's, submittals, and revision control. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $139,214 - $193,000 per year. #GTM #LI-DNI
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Financial Analysis, cost management and scheduling; Project Management from implementation to close-out for Architectural/Engineering (A/E) industry or Construction Management; Utilizing financial and cost systems including Oracle; and Project management systems including Prolog, Newforma, and Procore.
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 10% is required.
Telecommuting is permitted up to 20%, depending on business need.
