• Key words -
  • Create and develop virtual simulation models for Occupant Safety(CAE)
  • Perform occupant safety simulations on complete vehicle in Side Impact for various legal requirements and Consumer rating tests like FMVSS, ECE, USNCAP, EUNCAP, CHNCAP and IIHS etc.
  • Perform crashworthiness simulations for Structures and Interiors in Side Impact on complete vehicle
  • Good knowledge in evaluating Dummies, airbags performance in complete vehicle simulations in Side impact.
  • Knowledge and experience in Frontal occupant safety simulations (dummies and airbags) is an added advantage.
  • Perform simulations and analysis based on results from both virtual & physical test
  • Competence Requirements:
  • High competence level in CAE-tools as LS-Dyna, Ansa, Meta Post and Primer.
  • Experience in CAE driven development Good analytical competence
  • Structured way of working, and good documentation skills(report writing).
• Meritorious Competences:
  • Experience from other OEMs in CAE Safety area
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, rolling resistance, and their impact on electric and hybrid vehicle efficiency.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, such as battery management, powertrain control, and regenerative braking.
