This position will develop a standardized approach to evidence-based nursing practices within our five communities to ensure that patients are receiving outstanding quality of care regardless of which Samaritan Clinic door they enter. In addition, the Director of Nursing will oversee nursing triage and provide programmatic leadership and direction for the continuum-based operating model for care management and care coordination services for Samaritan Medical Group (SMG).

- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
- Master of Science in Nursing degree required.
- Five (5) years management experience in a healthcare or health plan setting required.
- Three (3) years clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in change management, care coordination, care management, care transitions, population health, or disease management preferred.
