Sourcing Lead / Category Sourcing Expert
Location: Ashburn, VA only Hyrbid - Tuesday and Thursday each week.
6 plus years of technical writing experience, including drafting and redlining contractual Statements of Work (SOWs).
Experience managing projects and constructing integrated contracts, working closely with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders in sales, technical pre-sales, product, professional services, operations, transition, and service management.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat including commonly used features for tracking changes/markups, revision history, version control, etc.
Experience managing projects and constructing integrated contracts, working closely with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders in sales, technical pre-sales, product, professional services, operations, transition, and service management
Note: It is critical that the candidate is able to draft, redline and negotiate strategic contracts.
any related certifications are nice to have.
Have full ability to draft, negotiate, redline and support Commercial Resale Supplier contractual agreements (Master Agreements, SOWs and product and/or service exhibits).
