About the Position
This role is responsible for maximizing utilization of our fleet while promoting safety through overseeing a maintenance program which prioritizes preventive initiatives. This position is critical to the success of our organization as the right individual will partner with other key leaders to develop, refine and execute retention and growth strategies, while strengthening the overall operating model. Strong financial acumen is required to evaluate and manage investment opportunities and ongoing maintenance programs. Risk management, regulatory compliance and disposal strategies are also in scope.

About the Position
This role is responsible for maximizing utilization of our fleet while promoting safety through overseeing a maintenance program which prioritizes preventive initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and evaluate staff of Fleet Solutions in Corporate and Field offices
- Responsible for the management of the P&L for Fleet Solutions.
- Direct the operations of Fleet Solutions ensuring the optimal use of equipment, includes overseeing equipment acquisition and utilization.
- Ensure processes for rental and lease purchase programs are being followed.
- Negotiate with third party vendors to receive the lowest equipment rental pricing, tire and parts pricing.
- Coordinate with internal partners to maximize utilization of equipment.
- Review rental collection reports (Unit Accounting), to ensure owner operators are current with rental and lease payments.
- Establish weekly review meetings with staff to ensure key metrics are being achieved
- Improve collaboration and cooperation among agents, owner operators an customer service personnel and office personnel.
- Establish, review and update standard operating procedures (SOP's) of Fleet Solutions
- Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 3-5 years relevant job experience
- Strong financial and process management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of basic truck and trailer mechanics
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
