As our Director of Analytics & AI within the Technology and Innovation team, you'll shape how emerging AI capabilities are adapted and deployed to address critical national security challenges. This role goes beyond traditional technical leadership - we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between bleeding-edge AI capabilities and complex operational requirements in classified environments.

As our Director of Analytics & AI within the Technology and Innovation team, you'll shape how emerging AI capabilities are adapted and deployed to address critical national security challenges. This role goes beyond traditional technical leadership - we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between bleeding-edge AI capabilities and complex operational requirements in classified environments.
What You'll Drive:
- Lead the technical architecture and strategy for major AI/ML programs across the Defense and Intelligence Community portfolio
- Guide internal R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of AI applications
- Partner with senior government stakeholders to understand mission challenges and architect innovative solutions
- Mentor and grow technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
- Shape the technical direction of strategic proposals and capture efforts
- Influence the broader national security community's approach to responsible AI adoption
- Build brand awareness through publications, speaking engagements, social media, etc.
- Partner with leading AI teams across academia, industry, government, and the military to leverage important developments to address our customers' challenges
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in advanced data science / analytics
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in AI/ML development and deployment
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Proven track record of technical leadership in Defense or Intelligence programs
- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks, architectures, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, security, and compliance requirements in classified environments
- Track record of successful collaboration with senior government stakeholders and program offices
