About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for safely managing the maintenance department employees, manufacturing equipment reliability, maintenance spending including repair parts, replacement parts, and new equipment selection planning and installation. The maintenance manager will play a critical role in building and properly developing the CMMS System and the proper adherence to that process.

About the Role:

The maintenance manager will play a critical role in building and properly developing the CMMS System and the proper adherence to that process.
How You Will Contribute:
In executing specific responsibilities, an employee may be expected to perform the following functions as well as other tasks that may be assigned by management:
- Continuously and consistently promote the use of safe work habits and hold team and self-accountable for everyone's safety.
- Manage and implement process changes to ensure continuous improvement of machine reliability, service, productivity and costs.
- Engineering of the entire facility focusing on continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Build, manage, and support a high employee involvement work environment that encourages a team approach between supervisors, employees and departments.
- Meet or exceed department budgetary, efficiency, and waste targets set by Senior Management.
- Determine the proper staffing levels to meet production requirements while achieving financial goals.
- Ensure adequate documented training programs are in place for team members to achieve performance targets.
- Source, test and negotiate key supplies to achieve cost and quality targets.
- Collaborate with all manufacturing teams to ensure high quality products and manufacturing department satisfactions.
- Analyzes production data to identify trends and develops long range plans for meeting future production requirements.
- Develops appropriate measurement tools, provides resources and improves processes to ensure goal achievement.
- Treat all employees, contractors, and agency employees with respect.
- Act ethically and hold all team members accountable for ethical behavior.
- Ensuring areas are maintained to reduce risk in complying with insurance-based audits
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements for Safety, Environmental, and Human Resources.
- Performs various other job duties and projects as assigned by Senior Management.
What it Takes:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- HRMS experience preferred.
- CMMS experience preferred.
- Mechanical and Electrical experience preferred - Certifications/Training Completion
- Knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- 5 years minimum Maintenance Management.
