Job Description
Work for a successful, long running, on-going program to protect those who protect us. We need a hardware leader to clear technical roadblocks preventing on time delivery of electronic equipment require to maintain the Compass Call mission around the world. Candidate shall be required to support some cost account management, risk management, and proposal generation. The primary function will be to resolve technical issues either personally, or through proper delegation. Candidates will be required to implement documentation changes through the PLM system. You will be expected to take ownership of the Compass Call designs and products. You will be expected to work closely with operations and other engineering functions.

Required Skills and Education
Must have a bachelor's in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Must have strong people skills.
Must be familiar with PLM storage program.
Should be familiar with the Compass Call products and platform.
Should be comfortable with hands on involvement.
Preferred Skills and Education
Electrical background is preferred to deal with difficult test issues.
Top Secrect clearance preferred to get complete access.
Will need to learn basics of cost account management and BOE generation.
