Position Summary

The Director Consultant Communication & training is responsible for all consultant communications (website, email, social, blog, external publications, etc) and corporate training initiatives (onboarding emails, training calls, incentive trainings and in person workshops). This role interacts with internal departments and external vendors to develop a communication campaign and training strategy. You will serve as the single point of contact for consultant communications and training. You must be a world-class individual contributor but love to collaborate with others as you know it yields the best results. You will work with individuals' stakeholders, your own team, and the creative/content teams to develop and execute the communication plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (others may be assigned):
  • Identify gaps & determine whether solution is comms-based or training-based
  • Outline training and comms strategy, aligned with larger business and field objectives
  • Develop and implement comms and training solutions with measurable targets
  • Manage how our field leaders receive important information and training materials through Dropbox / DAM.
  • Comms strategy and process in place for all evergreen (repeat) events (i.e. product launches, new program rollouts, incentive trip announcements, convention, other events, etc.) and all deliverables, tied closely with sales, training and marketing
  • Global training strategy
    • Identify gaps across the field to develop new/future programs, partnering closely with sales team
    • Develop KPIs to track effectiveness of programs
    • Develop new programs tied to business objectives
    • Product training and bite-sized training assets
    • Convention and event training / workshops
    • Compensation plan training
    • Leverage social media (tik tok, IG) for bite-sized training (partner w/recognition)

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Preferably at least 10+ years of experience managing a team of people.
  • 10+ MLM/network marketing experience in sales, training and/or communications.
  • Knowledge of planning marketing strategies and successful communication efforts.
  • Experience with training content development, implementation, and facilitation.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Impeccable writing and editing skills, excellent grammar, and a passion for creativity.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Expertise using Hubspot email and SMS communication.
  • Training certification a plus.
  • Understanding of WordPress, HTML and CSS.
  • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
  • Superior time management.
