If you are great at:
- Identifying trends and areas for opportunity in a Commercial portfolio
- Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to build better systems and processes
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and working within a regulatory framework
- Creating and modifying underwriting guidelines and wordings
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and mentoring a team of direct reports
- Providing leadership to improve NBFC's automobile underwriting technical skill set
If you have:
- 10 years' experience in commercial property insurance
- 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Insurance Industry
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent on the job experience
