Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot operational issues on a produced water gathering system, including pipeline, facilities, and injection wells.
- Engineer and design water infrastructure projects (pipelines and facilities) that maximize operating flexibility and system capacity. Interface with multiple groups including Land, Construction, Operations, Environmental, Regulatory, Drilling, and Completions.
- Work with management on developing yearly capital and operational budgets.
- Manage small to large capital projects on produced water system.
- Create, track, and reduce operational expense budgets for produced water system.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks on produced water system.
- Evaluate and/or implement new technologies on produced water system.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Pipeline simulation experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Self-starter that can handle a fast-paced environment.
