KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide business-wide technical direction and vision through development of technical roadmaps and standard architectures/designs in partnership with the rest of the chief organization.
-Review and approve technical proposals, milestones and deliverables
-Guide and empower the Systems Engineering team in delivering consistent and high-quality results for all artifacts and activities
-Drive the establishment and improvement of the processes, templates, and tools needed to achieve E&I's technical vision.
-Build relationships with and between technical partners, guiding successful collaboration.
-Ensure alignment between E&I's customers and all internal teams on technology objectives and development timelines.
-Grow personal and company knowledge of the latest technology developments and industry trends related to E&I's products.

U.S.citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must alsobe able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continuedemployment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing

YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
-15+ years of experience in Engineering
-8+ years of experience leading technical teams
-Expert knowledge and mastery in the application of Systems Engineering (including Requirements, Architecture, Interfaces, Implementation, Integration, Verification and Validation)
-Be able to travel up to 30%
-U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing

Pay Range:
The annual base salary for this position is $178,000 - $222,000.Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but notlimited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.

Compensation Package:
This position is incentive plan eligible.
