YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate enduring freight forwarding customer relationships anddeeply understand their needs and goals. Create customized customer successplans, setting clear objectives and reviewing progress regularly. Be the firstpoint of contact for customer inquiries and swiftly address issues. Collaboratewith internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Create and managestandard operating procedures (SOP). Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators(KPI) based on customer requirements. Improve quality and consistency of theend-to-end sea logistics process. Serve as master our products/services andprovide demonstrations and training when necessary. Identify areas for processimprovement. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate withsales for renewals and upsells. Collect and share customer feedback withrelevant teams to improve our offerings. Act as a customer advocate within thecompany during discussions and decision-making. Monitor customer health metricsto mitigate churn risks proactively. Champion the customer's voice and needs ininternal deliberations. Manage customer expectations/requirements internally.Measure internal performance, communicate, and make decisions/actions for anycorrective actions. Execute projects and manage delegation of tasks/resourceswith the internal team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Job Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Logistics or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics. (In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, will accept 7 years of experience in stated field).
Stated experience must include at least 1 year of experience each of the following
Utilizing web-based or cloud-based Transport Management System.
Using Business Objects and Tableau reporting tools.
Must be Dangerous Goods (DG) certified.
Must be willing to travel 10% domestically.
We are offering a salary of at least $90,709 per year.
