Position Description
The Regional Manager is responsible for executing the Credit Union's strategic initiatives through the oversite of a regional group of branches. They are responsible for holding their team accountable for achieving regional productivity goals by leading, coaching, motivating, and developing leadership skills of direct reports. The Regional Manager is also responsible for staffing, branch performance, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This job requires travel and time spent in the field.
Position Requirements
This position is a member of the Management Team and requires a results-oriented leader who works well independently, and in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong leadership and team-building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven problem-solving and analytic capabilities in a credit union environment. The successful candidate will have exemplary service skills, the ability to lead by example, and must possess a strong level of expertise in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
You must be a self-motivated and experienced leader with prior management experience within the financial services industry. Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in credit union branch operations and consumer lending with a proven track record of success in developing, motivating, and supporting staff.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree and/or completion of a CU management program or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of credit union or financial institution preferred.
Position Responsibilities
The Regional Manager must exhibit strong leadership skills, a vision and execution strategy of excellence, and the ability to develop and implement successful strategies to further grow branch service and sales levels. The preferred candidate will be an innovative leader with the capability of improving processes and staff performance to enhance member service. Successful candidates can demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication skills and has the ability to analyze and report progress in relation to exceeding branch growth targets. This will be accomplished through planning, leading, directing, organizing, and overseeing branch operations in California.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
Regional Branch Manager- $107,281 to $160,921 Annually
