Pay Range: 34.61 - 58.14

Summary:
The Sr IS Technical Trainer is an expert in their application areas of ownership to include Epic's billing applications and is responsible for the development and updating of training curriculum, materials, and classroom environments in addition to maintaining Rush's online training resources. The Sr IS Technical Trainer will work closely with IS Technical Trainers to ensure that they are prepared to utilize our products to deliver training to Rush users. The Sr IS Technical Trainer will also collaborate with application teams while assessing and addressing upcoming updates that impact training and ongoing tasks of Rush users.

Responsibilities:
Create Curriculum and Materials for Training Sessions
Prepare Technical Trainers for Facilitating and Teaching Training Sessions
Maintain Training Environment(s)
Create and Maintain Online Training Resources
Manage the Rush Learning Management System
Enroll Rush Users in Training Sessions
Provide Application Support for Rush Staff
Coordinate Application Training Sessions
Facilitate and Teach Application Training Sessions
Comply with Rush and Information Services Policies and Procedures
Complete Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Relevant Application Certification(s)
Experience creating training curriculum and materials.
Experience maintaining application training environments
Proficiency with technology and commonly used programs
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred
Familiarity with adult learning theories preferred
